1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. More than 5 years working experience in chemical industry sales, organic silicon industry background priority; 3 years of sales management or marketing management experience;
3. Have a strong sense of market perception and judgment, the capacity of grasping the market dynamics and the market direction;
4. A high degree of enthusiasm for work, good team spirit and communication skills.
5. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the company's overall development strategy to develop marketing strategies and establish the company's development direction in the industry, develop corporate brand management strategy to maintain the company's brand; lead market analysis work, timely provide the market feedback;
2. Develop and implement annual marketing plan and new product sales plan, participate in the development of sales plan, carry out marketing with the sales department;
3. Develop company marketing strategy, regional coverage strategy and agency promotion plan;
4. Responsible for the completion of the company's annual sales target, guidance and participation in sales of new customer development, maintenance of old customers work;
